Croatia Yacht Adventure

June 8 – 17, 2027
Ready to explore the south coast of Croatia on a private yacht?!
No strangers, no fixed schedule. Just us, two local climbing guides, an experienced captain and a week of island hopping to uncover daily adventure.
The number of available spots for this trip are limited to 8 people.

CROATIA
The south coast of Croatia is one of the best kept secrets in rock climbing and outdoor adventures. Since we are traveling by boat we will have access to places unreachable by road – rock climbing routes, deep water solo lines, hidden caves, secret coves and special hiking trails.
We will be sailing in the some of the clearest water in the Mediterranean, island hoping and exploring medieval harbor towns.

THE YACHT
You will be living aboard the Fountaine Pajot Saba 50, a spacious, stable catamaran built for exactly this kind of trip — comfortable enough to actually relax on, fast enough to make the most of our week on the water.
On the Saba 50 we will be staying in 4 large double cabins with private en-suite bathroom (each with a queen-size bed). Every cabin has air conditioning, and the boat is equipped with a water maker for fresh water, a dinghy with a 50HP outboard for shore trips, two stand-up paddleboards, and snorkel masks and fins for everyone.
While on the Saba 50 we will enjoy 2 meals prepared for our group daily, as well as water and juice throughout the day. Fresh fruit, snacks and water are stocked for daily outings. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated, just let me know what you need!
Alcohol is not included in our trip cost, but you can request any alcohol you would like prior to the trip. This will be available to you when you are on board the boat, you will only pay the market cost for these items.

ADVENTURE
Our days will include a combination of rock climbing, hiking, cave exploration, cliff jumping, deep water solo, stand-up paddleboarding, via ferrata, sun bathing and snorkeling.
Our itinerary will also include white water rafting the Cetina River near Omis.
Our local guides will advise the best activity based on preferences of the group, weather conditions and our sailing route options.
This is an example of what our itinerary could look like:
Day 1 – Trogir to Hvar Island

We set sail for the northern coast of Hvar — the sunniest island in the Adriatic, and home to some of the best sport climbing and deep water soloing on the whole trip.
Day 2 — Vela Stiniva Bay

Your morning starts with sun bathing or easy deep water solo lines and a few good cliff jumps, then we sail to Vela Stiniva — a bay boxed in by rock walls with beautiful caves and rock climbing routes. This will be a great day for climbing, swimming and stand up paddleboarding. Afterward we cruise toward Mala Stiniva, one of the most beautiful bays on the whole coast.
Day 3 — Pokrivenik to the Pakleni Islands

After a short cruise in the morning you will find yourself in Pokrivenik cove — surrounded by cliffs. We’ll cool off in the clear water below the walls before sailing on toward the Pakleni Islands, a scattered chain of rocky islets. A perfect place for exploring hidden coves or a beautiful hike.
Day 4 — Pakleni Islands to Cliffbase (Sveta Nedjelja)

A relaxed morning sail brings us to Sveta Nedjelja on Hvar, home to a cliff based climbing area and Croatia’s longest deep water solo line with routes rising straight out of a sea tower. There’s something for every skill level here, and the scenery alone is worth the trip.
Day 5 — Vis

Breakfast will be underway as we sail to Vis — one of the farthest inhabited islands from the mainland, a former Greek colony, and off-limits to foreign visitors until 1995. This island offers lots of options! The group can decide between exploring beaches, scenic hikes, rock climbing multicolored limestone and/or exploring the island.
Day 6 — Omiš

We sail to Omiš, a small former pirate town at the mouth of the Cetina River canyon and one of Croatia’s adventure-sport hubs. Here we will white-water rafting through the Cetina’s rapids and waterfalls. After rafting we will explore the town in the evening.
Day 7 — Omiš – Split – Trogir

On our last full day we will walk the UNESCO-listed old town around Diocletian’s Palace, get in some deep water solo at Sustipan right next to the town center, and spend the afternoon in Marjan Park-Forest.
Day 8 — Farewell Saba 50

We disembark our yacht — tanned, tired, and filled with gratitude.
